Promithi Pocket EDC Folding Knife

Promithi Pocket EDC Folding Knife

Today I am reviewing the Promithi Pocket EDC Folding Knife which I recently purchased from Amazon. This pocket knife falls into what I would call the budget range of folding pocket knifes but don’t let that put you off. Read on to find out more and see if this is a knife you want to add to your kit.

Key Features Of The Promithi Pocket EDC Folding Knife

This pocket knife is designed for EDC use and activities like camping, fishing, hunting, hiking and more. It has a nonlocking blade length of under 3 inches so is legal to carry in the UK. Its finished in a black oxide coating designed to be hard-wearing and prevent it from rusting. The knife also has a belt clip and bottle opener and can be attached to a keychain.

Unboxing The Promithi Pocket EDC Folding Knife

The knife arrives in a well-presented box from which the knife slides out in a protective foam holder. Once out of the box and all packaging removed you find a nicely finished knife with no sharp edges which is easy and comfortable to hold in the palm of your hand. The blade is quite sharp, I tested it on paper, card, and wood and it was up to the job.

The belt clip is nice and firm and works well. It’s easy to attach to a keychain and the bottle opener is a nice touch. Its lightweight and once in your hand it’s nicely shaped so you can get a firm grip.

As much as I can I always prefer to review gear items that I have actually purchased and used myself. To demonstrate this here are some pictures of the actual knife I received.

Promithi Pocket EDC Folding Knife Summary

This Promithi folding knife is not an expensive knife to own, it’s priced very reasonably. Whilst it may not be the same quality blade wise as competitors such as Leatherman and Spyderco. This is, in my opinion, is still a great knife for the price, even if you purchasing it as a backup knife. its lightweight so you won’t notice on your belt.

If you’re on a tight budget and you’re looking for a well-made budget EDC knife I don’t think you would regret getting one of these. I hope you enjoyed my review of my Promithi Pocket EDC Folding Knife. Check back soon for more EDC and Survival Gear Reviews.
